Returns & Exchanges


If for any reason your Foldie bag isn’t exactly what you hoped for, we’ve made returns easy and straightforward. We stand behind our products and want every customer to be satisfied.


How Returns Work

Start Your Return

Contact our support team to begin the process at support@the-foldie.com

We’ll provide a pre-paid return shipping label for domestic returns.


Prepare Your Return

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with original tags attached

  • Please include all accessories (such as straps)


Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for processing after your return is received.


Return Period

You may return eligible items within 60 days of delivery for a refund.


Return Fee

To help cover return shipping, handling, and inspection costs, we charge a $8 return fee per item.

This fee includes:

  • A pre-paid return shipping label

  • Handling and inspection of the returned item

The return fee will be deducted from your refund once your return is processed.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your Foldie arrives damaged, defective, or with missing parts, please contact us immediately at support@the-foldie.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.


Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your Foldie for a different color or product, please contact our support team and we’ll be happy to assist you. BOGO items cannot be exchanged.
