Returns

To start a return, please email our customer support team (support@the-foldie.com). We’ll guide you through the process and provide a pre-paid return label.

A $8 handling and inspection fee per returned item will be deducted from your refund. Once your return is received and processed, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and have all original tags attached.

Broken or Damaged Items

If your item arrives broken or defective and you would like a refund or a replacement, please contact us first at support@the-foldie.com.

Exchanges

During our Buy One, Get One (BOGO) promotion, we are unable to accommodate exchanges through our standard return process. For assistance with an alternative solution, we kindly ask that you contact us via email at support@the-foldie.com. We are committed to ensuring a satisfactory resolution for all our customers.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after your return is received and inspected. The amount will be credited back to the same payment method used at checkout. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

*Returns process must be initiated within 60 days of receipt.
