Returns

We offer hassle-free returns! Products can be returned within 60 days of receipt, minus a $10 handling and inspection fee. We’ll provide a pre-paid return label, and refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of processing. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, with original tags attached. Please note: For BOGO (Buy One, Get One Free) deals, both items must be returned together.

BROKEN OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrives broken or defective and you would like a refund or a replacement, please contact us first at support@the-foldie.com.

Exchanges

During our Buy One, Get One (BOGO) promotion, we are unable to accommodate exchanges through our standard return process. For assistance with an alternative solution, we kindly ask that you contact us via email at support@the-foldie.com. We are committed to ensuring a satisfactory resolution for all our customers.

REFUNDS

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after your return is received and inspected. The amount will be credited back to the same payment method used at checkout. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
