I received my order of my two Foldie bags the other day and upon my inspection, I came upon a defect in one of the seams. I took a couple pictures and emailed customer service. One of the bags will be going with my granddaughter to the Dominican Republic in a couple weeks. I can't wait to use the other bag for my own trip. The bag did everything I needed it to do for my trip to Japan for 2 weeks in July. Since it was hot weather, my clothes were lightweight and smaller than for cold weather, but the bag fit 1 week worth of clothing very well, and it fit under the seat of the plane. Using a packing cube helped the clothes fit even better. I love the teal color while my son used the blue one. He fit his clothes and his small laptop. The difficult things to fit would be shoes if you were to bring more than what you are wearing on your feet. Overall very happy with the bag.
