Fits all accessories and my medications and fits under my airplane seat. I use it as my personal item, but I am not a light traveler. I still need to use a travel on suitcase in addition to it. I like the foldie accessories that are used to organize, rather than the bag. Only complaint is that it may be a bit over priced.
