My wife and I recently travelled through Europe and the pickpockets were in plague proportions in both Paris and Rome. Even though we were on the lookout for them we had 2 attempted thefts — thankfully the Foldie crossbody with its added security features prevented them getting our valuables.
I was in Italy for the summer and I bought this bag to prevent getting pickpocketed and it worked really well. Someone actually tried to get into the bag at the Colosseum and they failed miserably because the lock that blocks the zipper prevented them from opening the bag.
I am studying abroad and was worried about pickpocketing, so all the safety features — the 3-point buckle release, knife resistant strap, zipper lock, and secret back pocket for my passport — make me feel so much safer and allow me to enjoy myself!
We did a month in Europe and this was perfect for excursions, walking around seeing sites, and it fit all the essentials. Excellent experience.
I bought this for my 14-day trans-Atlantic cruise from Rome to NJ. I used it at all of our port stops during excursions. It was comfortable to wear and easily adjustable. I felt my items were both safe and secure.

Yes — the slingbag fits your phone (including iPhone Pro Max), wallet, passport, keys, sunglasses, and small essentials. It's designed for daily carry and travel days, not to replace a full purse.
Is the strap long enough for my body type?
The strap adjusts up to 51" (130 cm), which fits most body types, crossbody or over the shoulder. If you're wearing a bulky winter coat or prefer extra length, you may find it snug at full extension.
Is it waterproof?
The slingbag is water-resistant — it handles light rain and splashes, but it's not fully waterproof. If you're caught in heavy rain, we recommend keeping valuables in a small waterproof pouch inside.
